Items are shipped directly from Oahu, Hawaii, U.S.A. Please allow anywhere from 1-4 BUSINESS days (NOT including weekends/holidays) from the time your order is placed for me to package and ship your order. If you need your order by a certain date and/or would like to upgrade to express mail, please contact me prior to ordering.
Please double check all shipping addresses prior to purchasing. We are not responsible for packages that are not deliverable as addressed, or that are not picked up on the receiver's end. We are not responsible for delayed packages once packages have been received by our postal carrier.
Orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail (I will determine which speed based on the size/value of your order). All domestic pin orders ship with tracking number included, which will be sent to you when the order has shipped. Please allow anywhere from 1-4 BUSINESS days (NOT including weekends/holidays) from the time your order is placed for me to package and ship your order. Once the package is received by USPS, it takes *approximately* 3-7 additional business days to arrive to you. Keep in mind that I do live in Hawaii, and very rarely they ship via freight boat to the mainland U.S. when shipped via first class mail. To avoid this, you must upgrade to domestic priority mail shipping.

I ship all international orders via USPS First Class International Mail. International tracking via USPS First Class International is not always guaranteed to work to your specified destination. If your tracking has not updated, this does NOT mean that your order is lost. Other carriers/speeds may be available (with guaranteed tracking) for an added fee, please contact me prior to purchasing for details. You (the buyer) will be responsible for any customs/duties fees applied by your respective country. International shipping generally takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Rarely it can take over 6+ weeks, this is out of my control. We are not responsible for shipping delays after a package has been transferred to the post office. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. If you still have not received your order after 40 days, please contact me so that I may file a missing package claim.
