FAQ

Where are you located?
I ship all pins directly from Oahu, Hawaii, U.S.A.  :)

Are your pins numbered/limited?
A vast majority of my pins are recurrent designs. With that said, I make no guarantees that I will restock any pin after it's gone. Styles that are best sellers will be recurrent designs; however, this can change at any time as sometimes I choose to redraw and/or modify designs.

How often do you release new pins?
I'd like to make it a goal to release new pins every 4-6 weeks.  If you'd like to be notified when new pins are released, please subscribe to my newsletter or follow me on Instagram

It's been X days since I've ordered, where's my package??
PLEASE read through my shipping policies before contacting me asking me where your order is. For customers living OUTSIDE of the U.S., please be aware that due to various shipping and customs delays that are completely beyond my control, packages may take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to arrive. I CANNOT file lost claims for missing packages until after a MINIMUM of 40 days, this is the length of time required by the post office before a package is deemed lost.

My pin fell off/keeps falling off, can you send me a new one?
Pins are meant to be able to come on and off, that's the beauty of being able to remove them and place them on bags/clothing/etc. Unfortunately, yes, sometimes they will fall off. I HIGHLY recommend that if you are wearing your pins out and about, that you purchase locking pin backs. They are much more secure than rubber or butterfly clutch pin backs.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, however, I do limit wholesale orders due to my work schedule and for quality control purposes. Please message me if you would like to see my products in your online or brick & mortar shop. Click here to view my current list of stockists.

Do you trade pins?
I am currently open to trading pins. Please message me for trade offers. Please do not be insulted if I do not respond to you. I receive quite a few trade offers, and have started to need to become more picky about trades--especially internationally, as it is very costly to ship from the U.S. to other countries.

Please email me for any additional questions.  :)
